How to Delete Your Account?

At EquiFeed, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can request account deletion at any time.

Requesting Account Deletion

To delete your account, please send an email request to: equifeed1978@gmail.com

What to Include in Your Email

For security and verification purposes, please include the following details in your email:

• Your registered email address

• Your full name (if applicable)

• A clear request stating that you want to delete your account

Processing Time

• Your request will be reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days

• You may receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted

Important Information

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible

• All your data, including:

  • Horse records

  • Feeding calculations

  • App preferences
    will be permanently deleted

Data Retention

We do not retain your personal data after account deletion, except where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
