Equifeed Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Equifeed mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility & Use

• Territory: This App is intended for users located in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

• License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to misuse the App, including hacking, scraping, or introducing malicious code.

3. Free Service & Advertisements

• No Cost: The App is currently free to download and use. We reserve the right to introduce fees for premium features in the future with prior notice.

• Third-Party Ads: Equifeed displays advertisements provided by Google and other third-party partners.

• No Endorsement: We do not endorse the products or services featured in these advertisements. Any interaction or purchase made through an ad is solely between you and the advertiser.

4. Privacy & Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Because we use Google ads, we may collect device identifiers and usage data to show relevant content, subject to your consent where required by GDPR and ePrivacy regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software within Equifeed are the intellectual property of the App owners or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the App without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: The App is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee the App will always be available or error-free.

• Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law in the UK and Ireland, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

• Statutory Rights: Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer in the UK or Ireland regarding faulty digital content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Equifeed at our sole discretion, without notice, if you breach these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of:

• England and Wales (for UK users).

• The Republic of Ireland (for Irish users).
  Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in these territories.
